Amazing Program!
This program is AMAZING! Beth is a rockstar trainer, who motivates you, encourages you, teaches you, all while challenging you and meeting you where you are! I love the handouts provided and the calendar so you can keep track of your days! I love how this program incorporates so much core strength and really leaves you feeling Fit, Fierce, and on FIRE!!

Love this one! Core strength...YES please!
This is a great workout for light days that you still want to feel like you worked out. It's light, but still not easy if you listen to all of Beth's tips. Great workout to feel strong and work on your core strength and posture! Love this one!

Great down day workout!
This was such a great workout for those days you want to do a workout, but you're just not feeling it! Relaxing and feel good stretching! Great for those moments you feel really stressed!

Fun and challenging!
Great intense, challenging, and strengthening workout! I love how much we get to focus on core strength in this program! As I was doing this the first time I remember going 'Am I really working my arms?'. Well, that question was answered quickly, that same afternoon, haha! My arms were sore! Beth knows what she is doing! Follow her tips and modifications, if needed, and you WILL see and feel those results!

One of my favorites!
I LOVE this workout! It was challenging but do-able, with modifications to meet you where your body is that day. You will burn some serious calories while toning your lower body and working your core! I focus a lot on lower body and core, and I was still sore after the first time through this workout! Beth is a rockstar trainer! Her positivity, reminders, and smiling personality will keep you going when you feel like you're going to quit! Great workout!

Be ready to SWEAT it out!
This workout will seriously make you sweat, burn calories, and make you feel strong and fierce! Even for someone that works out all the time! The first time I did this one I was dying (I don't typically do a lot of cardio, more strength training), but as you keep doing it you feel more confident and stronger! It's challenging, but definitely do-able, with modifications to meet you where you are that day and you will feel like a rockstar when those endorphins hit! Beth is such an encouraging, motivating, and relatable trainer!
