The reason for this is because we are covering some strength training protocols – which include barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. The workouts range in duration from 20-60 minutes and are a combination between circuit training, supersets, & added bonus cardio days. The guide includes over 180 pages of content. You will need specialized equipment for your home gym OR a gym membership.
