Warrior Women is 28-day workbook that will keep you accountable and help you to find your strongest self through nutrition, fitness, and friendship. Warrior Women encourages an anti-inflammatory diet in which we recommend eating healthy, unprocessed whole foods. In combination with cleaning eating and fitness, Warrior Women accounts for the three leading contributors to success, (1) planning, (2) accountability, and (3) self reflection and evaluation. The program asks that participants plan ahead and journal their daily food, workouts, and other components of a healthy lifestyle. For 28 days, you are encouraged to pair up with a partner to exchange daily food logs, but most importantly, to provide support to one another. Warrior Women also guides you through weekly reflections and self-evaluations aimed at helping you to find your strongest self. Our goal is to empower women, not just achieve physical results. We seek to guide participants to build true confidence in themselves so that they are better able to give their strength and support to others. But what makes Warrior Women different? We dig deeper and ask participants to tap into the psychological elements that have an indispensable influence on physical transformation. We want our participants to uncover and develop both physical AND emotional strength.

Erica Stenz is the firecracker behind Barry’s instructor development program in San Francisco. Since prior to the first studio opening through today, Erica has been a driving force behind the incredible team of trainers, workouts, collaborations, outreach, and events that have helped establish Barry’s rapidly growing community. Erica is also the Founder of Warrior Women Program, Warrior Women iTunes Podcast, and Author of the Warrior Women Workbook. By combining her past experience and degrees in communications and fitness/nutrition, Erica works assiduously to promote a balanced, active lifestyle with a passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives. Erica graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with degrees in Communications and Exercise and Health Science and Fitness Instruction. Erica is a Fitness Nutrition Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Women’s Fitness Specialist certified by NASM (which includes pre/post-natal certifications), a Personal Trainer certified by NASM, Spinning/Schwinn, AFAA Group Fitness Instruction, Jillian Michaels BodySHRED, and Les Mills CXWORX. Erica has been honored as “Hottest Trainer 2014” by Racked SF, “Class Crush” Award by Class Pass 2014, and “Trainer of the Month” Award by Sweat Guru 2014.
