I was born and raised in CT and went to college in NY where I majored in dance and theatre. My love for ballet began when I was 12 when I first began taking classes. My love for fitness truly began when I moved to Los Angeles in 2012 and first learned what barre classes were! Once I found barre I knew that I could combine the high energy that I have with the Graceful movements of ballet with strength of weights and toning exercises! My journey to yoga began that same year and recently I had the opportunity to study and live in Rishikesh, India where I received my 200hr yoga certification.
I believe that bodies are made for movement.
