Love this workout program!
This is my third time with this 21 day challenge and I absolutely love it. I have a 2 1/2-year-old boy and a chronic pain on my right side lower back since I was pregnant. I’ve done yoga for years and started doing Pilates but it wasn’t enough. This Colo 21 day challenge is absolutely awesome with all of the different days for the entire body !

Arms and Abs
The focus was more on the arms, but I really enjoyed all the moves and felt like I got a good workout in.

Nice ab work
Love the variety of the ab work. I thought this sequence was great for beginners and also more advanced. I also really like incorporating the foam rolling. I need to get a longer roller so I can do all the moves.

Full Body Strength
Definitely a little more focused on upper body strength, but it does work the whole body, and I love all the moves. This will definitely improve your strength over time. Loved it.

Great but Chromecast.....
This workout is just what I needed as I begin taking care of my body for the first time in years. BUT, Chromecast is not a function on this video service. It is difficult to follow from the screen on my phone. Is this also on YouTube?

Arms and abs - nice workout
Today I discovered that my arms are totally useless! Some of the movements I couldn't do the whole time, my arms just wouldn't do it anymore. I did finish the whole thing, just had to pause a lot in between! I will definitely come back to this one some day, because I really want to master these exercises and strengthen my arms and shoulders!

Enough Variations for Everyone
This program was exactly what I needed to start getting back into shape. I love the number of variations given for each exercise. Because of that everyone can do these workouts and then challenge themselves when they begin to get stronger.

Excellent Workout
I've been sedentary for over 2 years due to a medical condition. I'm just getting back to getting myself on my feet and building up strength. This workout is awesome! With the built in Rest and Restoration days I can give my sore body a rest. The workouts allow me to go at my pace with modifications in every video! Love this workout!

Okay for motivation, lacking in variety
This program is clearly designed to keep you motivated to stay with it for 21 days but in reality it’s a 7 day program that repeats itself each week. I’m on day 9 and began to recognize the same workouts already. A little annoyed that I paid for what I thought was a comprehensive 21 day plan.

Core + foam roller fusion
Another workout that was heavy on the shoulders. My right shoulder was sore from yesterday and I could have used a recovery day today. Thankfully there wasn’t cardio today, at least

Loving This Program
Over the last few years my motivation and exercise habits have not been what they should be. After a shoulder injury, I basically have failed to maintain consistent exercise and my stamina and strength have tanked. I decided to purchase this program because I needed something new and appropriate to inspire me to stay the course. I just completed day 6 and have loved each workout. Some are just perfect and others have allowed me to go the challenge. The biggest benefit though has been the flexibility stretches----especially the shoulders! The exercises and stretches have opened my eyes to just how much flexibility I have lost in the last 4 years. I am already seeing a bigger range of motion and find myself doing the moves that are the hardest for me several times a day. I am so glad I bought this bundle. It was such a bargain and just what I needed. Thank you!

Full body strength
This work out is very heavy on the arms and shoulders, and I didn’t feel like my legs worked that hard. I definitely had to modify some of the upper body moves, but did the advanced moves for lower body and abs. Overall my arms feel stronger!
