Full body strength
This work out is very heavy on the arms and shoulders, and I didn’t feel like my legs worked that hard. I definitely had to modify some of the upper body moves, but did the advanced moves for lower body and abs. Overall my arms feel stronger!

Sexy Back
Wow wow wow! I definitely felt the burn in my shoulders during this workout. It was tougher than day 1 and I’m sure I will be feeling it tomorrow.
