Good plan
First of all Anna is one of my favorite trainers. I repeat some of the workouts more than the recommended in the plan to get the most of it. Calorie burner workouts in this plan are killers makes me feel great. I saw improvement in toning and strengthening muscles. Overall very good workout plan. Thanks glow and Thanks very much Anna.

nice workout!
I am a beginner, so I followed Kaycee's moves. It was pretty challenging for me! But it also felt great when I was able to finish it. It was the right amount of challenge! And also quite fun! It was easier than the previous workouts and those were actually a little too difficult for me...

its okay
This workout made me feel stronger, but I am not into jumping everyday this needed a variety abs is not just cardio and front of abs there was not strengthing of the back. The stretch and warm up did not excite me. I am sorry for me I would not recommend.

Love the workouts. Hate the last minute screen freezes.
Every time I do one of these 30 Day Core workouts, the last minute or more freezes up. I never get to see the cool down/stretches. ☹️

Same exercise as day 10!
Wait a minute here, why did I pay for 30 classes if you are just repeating the same ones? I don't always do the exercises in order and I just did this one. This isn't what I thought I paid for and to be honest, I love ya but I'm annoyed and disappointed by the repetition.

Amazing programme!
I have repeated this programme twice through now because I love it so much! Anna is like an expert friend -really inspiring but down to earth and clearly very knowledgeable about exercises that work and how to put them together to make an effective, tough but enjoyable workout. The focus of 28 days and steady build up help to keep me going. I’ve learned a lot and become stronger, fitter and therefore happier-thank you Anna and please make more programmes!

I am so happy I purchased this! You have pushed me to my physical limits in the workouts. It's definitely more hate during the workout, but absolute love afterwards. They're great short time length workouts that are really effective. And, I love that I am doing this in my living room and don't have to go to a gym. Solid Structure and Worth the $10
Overall, I enjoyed this program. I love Anna’s personality, explanation, and motivating style. She did not grate on my nerves at all. Just the right amount of pep and it seems she has the science behind each move locked down. I don’t regret spending the money or the time over the past 30 days but I would have rated higher had the modifications been provided on-screen earlier. In many videos the modification shows up (and is explained) halfway through the repetitions. For those of us with dodgy knees and back issues, knowing the workarounds at the start would be very helpful.

This is probably one of my favorites. This workout is short but effective. It is perfect for those days that you don't want to work out. Just give her 20 minutes of your day! Thats it. I'm sweating and I am happy!

i usually do a workout before so that my workout is at least 20-30 minutes total. I didn't today and I am glad. I didn't feel like it was quite as hard as Anna and her girls were making it sound but that could have been me. Regardless, this was a good workout to get my day started.
