Killer Boxing Workout
Awesome workout really enjoyed the kickboxing great instructor.

Needs better explanation
It would be useful if there was an intro explaining the form for each type of punch before they go straight into the drills. I never knew which foot my weight should be on or how to keep the rhythm of the boxer shuffle footwork + punching at the same time.

Not ever again
Rather have more of Ranier, Jake or Christa any time.
Elle @Elynlee
February 24, 2020
Stupendous
Christa is gloriously amazing - I always learn something new in any of her workouts. Brains and muscles in synchronised synergy - that’s her.
Elle @Elynlee
February 24, 2020
Ranier is a noun to me
I “Raniered” today and it was superb, as always. Every single time, I would break out laughing - he’s just pure energy and exuberance.
Elle @Elynlee

Every part of your core & then some..
Oh-so intensive and yet wickedly fabulous

Raneir Rocks!
His combos are so solid, his cueing is on point. We all know how much fun he is, but there's so much more to appreciate about him. (He's a technically fantastic instructor and fitness pro).

Great cardio but instruction could be clearer
This definitely works up a good sweat, and I enjoy the fast pacing, but the movements are rather repetitive and not symmetrical like most other workouts (some moves favour one side more than the other). The instructor could also break down the moves slowly before putting the final version together instead of starting out with the advance move first and leaving the viewers to piece it together hastily as the camera swings between the other girls who aren't on the same rhythm.

How was that 35 mins?!
Another review here to say that workout flew by! I wasn't sweating as some said, but I did feel the burn on several moves. I was using 10lbs and 5lbs for my weights.
Meghan @muncapher
February 19, 2020
Not the most challenging but great for beginners!
I thought Day 3 was gonna be pretty long because it was broken into 3 video segments, but the whole thing flew by pretty quickly and still got me breaking out into a decent sweat even though it didn't hurt as much as the other workouts.
Peytons @do9berry

Love the balances
So far Raneir’s videos are my favorites. He goes at the perfect pace and I love how I’m challenged in different ways (balance, strength, etc.) This is another one I will look forward to coming back to.

February 13, 2020
Yes!
At first I was a little confused about when the warm up ended and then the workout began, but in the end I loved it. Mainly because with the quick switching, it kept you occupied and not thinking about the length of the workout (which is my problem)!
Jihan @Jihan478
February 13, 2020
Loved this!
It's been quite some time that I've found a workout that keeps me engaged and where I'm not constantly checking the time to see how much of the workout is left. I loved the instructors enthusiasm and the fact that I laughed while still working out, goes to show how great of a workout this is!
Jihan @Jihan478
February 13, 2020
One of the most painful workouts ever!
I'll probably need a walking aid tomorrow and will likely roll down the stairs from jelly legs, but that's how you know this session really worked. This was crazy challenging and I can't wait to be able to conquer this properly without modifications (one day).
Peytons @do9berry

Day 1: GREAT start to the workout.
VIDEO CONTENT: A+ I have a short attention span, but these 30min went by like a breeze. Raneir is a charismatic and encouraging coach. VIDEO STREAMING: C My only gripe is that the video resolution is terrible - I'm viewing it on my PC desktop because it has the largest monitor screen, and the video is sometimes pixellated or jerky. This seems to be an issue with the glow browser because all my other streaming services from Netflix to YouTube works perfectly @ high speed. Please do something about the quality of your stream.

Not Caring For These Dance Cardios
I don’t like Amanda’s style. No time to learn, lots of jumping and not really feeling like I’m working out. Just jumping.
Meghan @LoveMeg
February 11, 2020
OK workout
I was looking forward to a dance video but this just felt like different versions of hopping around with small variations in between... after a certain point I just don’t want to do any more versions of jumping jacks. I gave it 3 stars because it did get me sweating so it counts for a good cardio if nothing else.
Kayla jarvis @kaykeys02
February 11, 2020
A longer cool down needed
Love Amanda's workouts. They are always fun and challenging and very cardio intensive, but I wish they had a longer cool down. This could easily be 25 minutes with a five minute cool down.
Kristie @eckek0
February 11, 2020

February 08, 2020
Hard? Yes! Love it!
I love Amanda’s workouts! Yes at first it is hard to keep up...it’s just doing your best, even if it’s doing your own version of it..even still she makes you work up a sweat. This also makes me want to keep doing this video more and more so that I can eventually get all the right foot work. If I was sweating doing my best can you imagine how much more I will sweat when I know it to a “T”?! Thank you Amanda!
Ktaylor23 @ktaylor23

best workout of these series!
the only complaint i have is i wish it was LONGER! i might do it 2x next time. i wish popsugar did more heavy weight workouts.

February 07, 2020
Great Pace!
I liked the paced of this video and the fact that Jake kept you moving the whole time. I would have preferred a bit more variety in the cardio sections but appreciate that the repetition made it easier to complete. My quads were on fire by the end!
Shayna Wiesenfeld @ashaynamama
February 07, 2020
awesome
Definitely the best workout I have ever done. She pushes me so hard and I felt that this workout really showed my true colours as a fitnesser. Thank you, I will definitely be going back to this video.
Jayvn @jayvnbulych
February 07, 2020
Intense & effective!
It's great to have a break from planks & burpees, but, make no mistake, this is an intense workout that targets not only the core (abs & back), but arms as well. Love/hate Jake's way of counting! :-)
Mary @MPC007
February 06, 2020
Fun sweat!
Super lower body focus & always love Christa's humour & positivity! "Practice makes progress!" is my new mantra!
Mary @MPC007
February 06, 2020
Wonderful yoga sequence
Koya does a great job of ‘walking’ us through all of the movements and poses. The meditation and the stretches are long enough to make a difference.

Awesome ‘Funout’ Raneir!
Soooo, took your advice and up’d the weights....Yeeeow! Legs on fire!🔥🔥 Thanks for the encouragement. It was so good to see how strong I have become! Loved the skip choreo and your squat distraction tactics! 💃🏽Definitely a Funout today😁🥵...but I’m sure it’s gonna be ‘tap-out’ tomorrow😵😖☠️!!! Thanks Raneir!👌🏽

February 06, 2020
Good way to get started!
I'm getting back to working out after having a baby and this was such a good way to jump back in! High energy but not overwhelming, familiar moves and enough rest and work to feel so good about (and proud of!) myself :)
Katie Kuhl @lulusmom
February 05, 2020
So challenging
We could’ve maybe use a tad more variety and maybe another water break but I will definitely go back to this one and see if I can actually pull off the whole thing. Thank you for the good challenge!

time flies by with this workout!
great combos - really makes you think and focus on your movements. definitely worked up a good sweat.
Meghan @muncapher
February 05, 2020
Slippery resistance band
I am a novice when it comes to using resistance bands, so I was understandably awkward when attempting these moves with the band. I think I can understand why the Popsugar gals used a fabric band, though! Mine was slipping all over the place the entire time and I kept having to readjust it. I imagine the fabric provides a little more grip on your leggings. A very challenging workout though for it being so short!
Alli Tidwell @allibtidwell
February 04, 2020
Great all-round strength workout!
This workout targets all your muscles, including your core on the combinations and balance exercises. Raneir's cues & form advice are important & helpful reminders to get the most out of exercising without injuries.
Mary @MPC007
February 04, 2020
Easier Choreography
This is definitely better & easier to follow than Amanda's other dance routines. It's actually less dance & more cardio; not demanding, but has you moving.
Mary @MPC007

Lower body & core sweat sesh
My arthritic knees were giving me grief today, but even with the modifications, got a good sweat going! And lots of laughs!

February 01, 2020
Dumpster fire?
Wow, I kind of feel like I'm piling on at this point but I agree with the criticism of this video. Any instructor worth her salt knows how to MIRROR and cue accordingly. ie: We're on the right foot, sweetheart, which is your left. Soooo, don't say left. Basic stuff. And the level of intensity was backwards, as others have noted. This video wasn't a complete waste of time but it wasn't good. Really really not good.
Terry Stanley @TLstanley
February 01, 2020
Horrible horrible horrible
That was a mess. Instructor didn't do much instructing. I couldn't follow along as the instructor seemed like she didn't know how to teach. I'm so disappointed. If it weren't for the other awesome workouts in this bundle, I would have regretted buying this.

Meghan @LoveMeg
January 30, 2020
My goal was to keep moving
...and even then, I had to stop and take a breather a couple of times because I just could not keep up with the pace. Jake’s fitness level is actual insanity and I was terrified to do this video today with how sore I was from Raneir’s workout yesterday. But this is definitely one I’ll try again in the future...perhaps after my rest day!
Alli Tidwell @allibtidwell
January 30, 2020
Interesting configurations
This workout was awesome! I will definitely do it again to see if I can do better next time. It was challenging in the best way. I felt my whole body working. Thank you thank you

Technique Recs 🙏🏻
I always appreciate Raneir’s focus on teaching the correct technique for each movement. Even though some of the moves are unfamiliar, he breaks down each part so that you feel like you know what you’re doing. Fun cardio, too!
Alli Tidwell @allibtidwell
January 29, 2020
Challenging Ab Workout!
Raneir is a tough taskmaster, so thank goodness he keeps you laughing to get you through the serious burn. Yummy stretch at the end too.
Mary @MPC007
January 29, 2020
Cardio spurts
Loved the cardio spurts between the strength training exercises. I realized that I need to purchase a heavier set of weights in order to really get the most out of this workout, but this is definitely one I’ll come back to in the future!
Alli Tidwell @allibtidwell
January 29, 2020
fun workout, i'm just not a dancer
still struggled to get the routines down, especially the third sequence. because i'm competitive i want to try it again so i can actually do the steps right. the time does fly by though, and i worked up a sweat, so that counts for something!

January 28, 2020
Good work out - but on heavy on the weights
The blurb recommends medium-heavy weights, but as Raneir recommends - USE HEAVY WEIGHTS! Exercises are slow and steady, all about strength. Nice to mix it up from the cardio workouts in the series.
TamsinRobinson @TamsinRobinson
January 28, 2020
Decent, think i'll be sore tomorrow...
Like others mentioned, i was shocked when he said it was time to cool down. The moves are good, and i do like how he snuck in periods of cardio. I have a feeling my legs will be a little shaky tomorrow!
Meghan @muncapher

Love this one
The combo moves were so fun - I have a hard time doing the same moves the same way, but this makes them feel a bit different and helps me keep my mind on what I'm doing at the moment. And, Raneir is so funny, but his explanations for what you should be feeling or trying to do are spot on.

Quick and dirty
Absolutely loved the mix of strength and cardio. The moves were simple but effective, and you could go heavier for an extra challenge. I used 20# and am so very sweaty! Love her energy, this one will be going in my arsenal for later 😈
