Take your workouts to the next level with this seven-day calorie-scorcher plan! We've curated some of our most challenging workouts so you can burn calories, boost your metabolism, and build strength in just one week. During this plan, you'll challenge your body with cardio, strength training, and high-intensity workouts with some of our favorite trainers, including Class FitSugar host Anna Renderer, celebrity trainer Kit Rich, and strength training and bootcamp coach Ingrid Clay. Each workout is just 30 minutes long, making it easy to fit into your busy schedule. Commit to getting sweaty, sculpted, and yes, a little sore. We'll see you there!

  • Daily workout videos that are intermediate to advanced in level of difficulty, with modifications for beginners included

Yoga is so boring
If you like yoga then great video but I don't like it. It makes me sleepy and does nothing for my body. I don't find it relaxing or a good stretch at all. Nice outfit, Anna.

Challenging strength workout
Another wow workout. So hard. The instructor is so strong, it's like she's superhuman. Were those 10lb weights?!? Every workout in this program was great on its own but all together I think I've increased my endurance after doing the program this week. (I did this for the second time today. Still hard but I did it with 7lb weights!)

Every time I think I'm in great shape...
Every time I think I"m in great shape, something like this gets thrown at me. I'm dying, chest is burning. Oh my. I took 45 min for this workout because I needed too many water breaks. Still, I'm dying.

So intense
I have never seen Anna huff and puff like that. It made me feel a lot better that I wasn't the only one. Amazing workout, I felt like I worked especially hard at the end of this one.

Good basic stretch
This is a great video for people who aren't very flexible or who have limited mobility. If you have a dance or gymnastics background then you won't get much out of it.

Really fun
Another likable instructor and it was a fun workout. There is nothing like dance to lubricate the joints. It's so easy to keep motivated thoughout the whole workout when it's a dance one. Also, you Anna did great!

Wow, really brutal in the best way
This woman is amazing. This was a great workout. She is my ideal fitness instructor, her approach is serious and she narrates only what is necessary. This was a very challenging workout with new moves I haven't done before. And happily no burpees, planks and pushups. I get sick of those!
