Lower Burn
I love the stretches at the end of this one. All of these workouts have a good cool down at the end, and I so appreciate that is remembered. Thank you!

Amazing!
I love this workout series! I was doing them individually on youtube but this sequence really helps keep me focused. The alignment video is fantastic and I love that I am working my whole body safely and effectively. Thank you so much for your videos and guidance!
