Loving this!
These workouts are great! This one was challenging, but offered so many modifications that I was able to keep up. I even thought how this is workout that I can reuse many times in the future because of the harder modifications. It can always challenge me no matter my fitness level in the futures. Also really appreciated how well form was explained. I was confident that I was doing each exercise correctly. Thanks Anna!

great back workout!
I really enjoyed the workout, Anna is just great!!! With the current pain in my shoulder, knee and lower back I was able to do the workout and some times even the advanced version!!! Looking forward to the next one :-)

Feel Good Strengthening
Really nice progression from day 1. I loved her cues and suggestions for modifications. I'm using this to really get strong control on some foundational movements.
