Love this workout program!
This is my third time with this 21 day challenge and I absolutely love it. I have a 2 1/2-year-old boy and a chronic pain on my right side lower back since I was pregnant. I’ve done yoga for years and started doing Pilates but it wasn’t enough. This Colo 21 day challenge is absolutely awesome with all of the different days for the entire body !

Full Body Strength
Definitely a little more focused on upper body strength, but it does work the whole body, and I love all the moves. This will definitely improve your strength over time. Loved it.

Full body strength
This work out is very heavy on the arms and shoulders, and I didn’t feel like my legs worked that hard. I definitely had to modify some of the upper body moves, but did the advanced moves for lower body and abs. Overall my arms feel stronger!
