fantastic first workout..
i did this workout and the stretches were just just what i needed to relieve my sore shoulder....totally released all the tension in my shoulder and hip...thankyou

Excellent Workout
I've been sedentary for over 2 years due to a medical condition. I'm just getting back to getting myself on my feet and building up strength. This workout is awesome! With the built in Rest and Restoration days I can give my sore body a rest. The workouts allow me to go at my pace with modifications in every video! Love this workout!
