Great for getting back in the groove
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March of this year and has a right side mastectomy in April. i have not worked out since, and was frankly a bit concerned since I still have some pain on that side. This workout is perfect. Challenging without being too strenuous. Perfect to get me back into workout mode.

Easy workout for light days
I didn't feel like working out so this was perfect. My muscles were activated and there was a good stretch at the end. Can be made to be more challenging by using heavier dumbbells - I used 10lbs but 12 lb could work as well. Even 15lb for some people.

Loved this workout!
This workout was awesome. It isolated so many different muscles and I feel like it really helped me develop strength and balance. Great use of household items with the pillow and the towel!

My Shoulders!!!
After the last two days, my shoulders were already starting to feel fatigued, but after this, my shoulders are dead! Looking forward to giving my poor shoulders a rest for the next couple days...

Strong Core
I realize that the core is important to all over fitness, but I just don't enjoy core workouts as much as other strength training. This workout definitely isolated the entire core though. The foam rolling was great. I'll be able to continue using those exercises a lot.

Loving this!
These workouts are great! This one was challenging, but offered so many modifications that I was able to keep up. I even thought how this is workout that I can reuse many times in the future because of the harder modifications. It can always challenge me no matter my fitness level in the futures. Also really appreciated how well form was explained. I was confident that I was doing each exercise correctly. Thanks Anna!

Great Postpartum Workout!
I'm 12 weeks postpartum with baby #4. Before this pregnancy I was very active, but my pregnancy undid all of progress I had made (Down with severe HG for the whole thing). I have a hard time not just jumping right back into the intense workouts I used to be able to do. This workout was a great way to ease back into fitness without overdoing it and paying for it for the next three days. Grateful for the motivation and encouragement to modify when necessary. Excited for this program!

Feels Great!
This is the perfect workout for a light day. I can tell a difference in my strength and range of motion from day 1 which is crazy to me! It's only been two weeks! Our bodies are amazing. I love Anna because she has such a deep understanding of how to build strength, so her programs are efficient and effective. She's the best!

This is another great workout with a warm and a cool down! Love that there are modifications and it is only 30 minutes. I have done this routine 3 times through now and I cant say enough good things!

Finished!
I really loved this entire program, and I'm going to continue it. I plan to do the entire program again. The workouts are the perfect level to be able to follow every day - they challenge you but not so much that you want to quit. I feel stronger, and I feel like my cardio is getting better too. I'm working toward doing the advanced versions of each move, and I'm planning to get heavier weights. This is a great program for progressions, and Anna offers lots of options for each move. Thank you for creating this!

Perfect start

Alignment Workout

Love this workout program!
This is my third time with this 21 day challenge and I absolutely love it. I have a 2 1/2-year-old boy and a chronic pain on my right side lower back since I was pregnant. I’ve done yoga for years and started doing Pilates but it wasn’t enough. This Colo 21 day challenge is absolutely awesome with all of the different days for the entire body !
