Kicked my booty in a good way
Ive been doing Pilates for the past 1 1/2 years and Yoga since January. I thought i had built up decent strength. Nope........not even close. Granted i have to modify due to bad knees but this one was tough. Cant wait to see how i improve.

Round II
I’ve done this 21 day workout before and I’m doing it again!!😄 After the first round noticed a muscle increase. Took a couple of weeks off, doing some Anna Renderer workouts, and now I’m on round 2! And doing this Day 1, I notice it’s less hard than my first time😊 Thank you Jake, these workouts are so encouraging 💪

Legs are burning
Amazing workout with Jake! This is my second day, and I am hoping that I will be able to finish the entire series. This workout is short, but it is VERY challenging. I have engaged muscles that I did not suspect actually exist :)))

Extreme!
So I did the 21 days, but...but, with a lot of pauses during the exercises and sometimes, like with this 45 mins workout, over two days!😀 But since starting this 21 day workout, I’ve gained musclessss!!!😆 I will definitely do this 21 day workout again, and again, and again....I won’t catch-up to Jake, but I’ll get stronger😊 Jake is amazingly strong...impressive. Thank you to the Popsugar team!😁

Love the workout but...
I thought when I bought the program that I would be getting 21 new workouts, and this one has been available on pop sugar for at least a year or two. Sort of disappointed that not all of the workouts are unique (ie they repeat the classes, not 21 unique Glow workouts), and especially that this is an old one.

It burns but abs had some reserve :)
Legs went loco!!! It engaged the most secret muscles in my legs, but I did miss some pressure on the abs muscles. But I can take an abs 10-min training, which is guaranteed to make me suffer some more. And Jake, we don't hate you, we love you forever! <3

It burns in a good way
I've been doing abs exercises 3x a week for a year, but this one made me modify a couple of moves. I think this will be my go-to workout if I have a little energy left after finishing a daily recommended exercise. Jake for the president!

All these workouts I give 5* as they really work one’s body and one can work one’s way up to Jake’s level...if that’s possible 😊 I had to do this workout over two days....and still found it tiring and difficult on my body. So I am happy to say I’ll be doing this 21 days workout quite a few times over😁

Kept coming back for more!
Just completed the 21-day. First fitness program where I didn’t skip a day. Jogged and/or stretched on Rest and 10-min Days. I was kept on my toes, motivated and challenged. I don’t know why I kept coming back for more leg circles & booty lifts - lol. Thank you, Jake, for offering this bundle and for being a sweet, encouraging taskmaster!

Not enough new material in the package
Well I love Jake that's why I bought the package to do more of his new workouts but so far most of them has been old workouts put together from popsugar. It's unprofessional of popsugar to sell such already available workouts. I'll not buy from them again for this reason but love Jake and will follow his workouts anyway I can.

disappointing
I paid for this 21 days challenge expecting to get new and fresh workouts that I have'nt tried yet, and what I get is a well known one from Jake, and don't get me wrong, it is a good abs workout but definitely not new, which can be found on YouToub, so it is kind of disappointing considering how much money I spend on it.

Excellent workout
I did this with 5 lb weights and it was very challenging. I pressed the pause button a lot. Jake (if you read your reviews), since you're a dancer it would be great if you could do an advanced stretching video. I love popsugar workouts but I haven't found a good stretching video yet. They are too brief and designed for people with minimal flexibility - the ex-dancers and gymnasts here need more! Thanks for this wonderful workout.
