Old Workout
This has always been one of my go-to workouts on popsugar.com. However, I was expecting to see all new workouts in this package.

Your arms will appreciate it!
Challenging and fun workout! Started with 5 pound weights and had to modify to 3 pound weights for some parts. Get ready to break a sweat!!

disappointing
I paid for this 21 days challenge expecting to get new and fresh workouts that I have'nt tried yet, and what I get is a well known one from Jake, and don't get me wrong, it is a good abs workout but definitely not new, which can be found on YouToub, so it is kind of disappointing considering how much money I spend on it.

I see progress!
A year ago I would not have been able to get through one set of these type of exercises without pausing but now I can get through a whole workout. In another year I'm sure I will be able to add ankle weights. :-)

Feeling the burn
Honestly this was harder than I thought it would be. I wasn't able to do all the reps for some of the exercises, but i still feel like I had a great workout.

Excellent workout
I did this with 5 lb weights and it was very challenging. I pressed the pause button a lot. Jake (if you read your reviews), since you're a dancer it would be great if you could do an advanced stretching video. I love popsugar workouts but I haven't found a good stretching video yet. They are too brief and designed for people with minimal flexibility - the ex-dancers and gymnasts here need more! Thanks for this wonderful workout.
