The addition of the WearBands™ Upper-body/Lateral bands increases the number of ways you can use WearBands™ to add functional resistance to your workouts. Attached directly from sock-to-sock (see images), it adds more lateral resistance to lateral movements and adds additional resistance to leg lifts and kicks, targeting the abductors, glutes and hips.

When used with the WearBands™ glove, these bands deliver the same constant tension the WearBands™ base system adds to the core and lower-body, and give you multiple options for strengthening, toning and firming you arms, shoulder, back and chest.
The Upper-body/Lateral bands come in two sizes; 8-inches and 11-inches and 2 resistance levels, and each level comes with 2 bands.
8-INCH BANDS: UNDER 6 FEET TALL
11-INCH BANDS: OVER 6 FEET TALL
Those who order the Small (S) bands for the base system may find that the Front Bands of that system work well as Upper-Body bands too. However, to maximize your options for both lateral and upper-body workouts, and make the system as flexible as possible, you may want to consider ordering the shorter 8-inch bands as well.
